Appointment Policies During Renovation

Thank you for your patience as we continue to make improvements to provide you and your pets with the highest level of care!

During the next several months, our construction efforts will be focused on our lobby and exam rooms which unfortunately means we do not have lobby space for our clients to wait.

While we’ll be open during our normal hours to continue seeing patients, we do have a few changes to our check-in process.

  1. We are happy to accept our patient’s curbside. When you arrive, call our front desk at (757) 428-4344 and we’ll send a team member out to collect your pet for their appointment. Our team will follow up on everything that took place during the appointment when they bring your pet back.

  2. If you would like, you can wait for an exam room to become available and you will be escorted in with your pet. However, with our limited space wait times can vary.
