Lynne

Lyn Peacock - Hospital Administrator

Lyn, our Hospital Administrator, was born in Milwaukee, WI. She has worked at Owl Creek Veterinary Hospital for 3 years. She enjoys working at Owl creek because she loves the compassion of the Veterinarians and staff, along with the friendliness of the clients and, of course…the pets! She states that Owl Creek takes pride in offering service excellence in every way. She loves to cook, read, garden, and swim and travel.  Lyn is the proud owner of a Golden Retrievers, a Great Dane/Mastiff, a Golden Retriever mix, and a cat and kitten. She enjoys the fact that the Veterinarians and staff are friendly and compassionate about all they do. When asked what Owl Creek has to offer that other hospitals don’t have, she replied that “the service excellence is outstanding, along with the open door policy and abundance of state of the art services offered such as pain management, anesthesia monitoring, laser, and doggie treadmill. In addition, each and every staff member truly loves what they do and it shows on a daily basis”.

Michele

Michele Wieting - Front Office Supervisor

Michele, the Office Manager/Receptionist, was born in Norfolk, VA. She has worked at Owl Creek Veterinary Hospital for 10 years. She enjoys working at Owl creek because she loves animals and enjoys seeing and playing with the pets, along with helping the clients. She loves to read, play games, draw, and cross-stitch. Michele is the proud owner of 3 cats and 3 Daschunds. She loves meeting, talking, and learning about new people and their families. She strongly feels that our clients are a big extended family! When asked what Owl Creek has to offer that other hospitals don’t have, she replied that “Owl Creek offers exceptional customer service and we treat each pet as if they are our own pet. We offer house calls and allow access to all parts of our building during all services.”

Amanda

Amanda Davis - Receptionist

Amanda, our Receptionist, was born in West Virginia. She has worked at Owl Creek Veterinary Hospital for 2 ½ years. She enjoys working at Owl creek because she loves animals, people and the medical environment. She loves to go to the beach, play softball, and swim. Amanda is the proud owner of a Chihuahua named Roscoe. (a cutie!) She enjoys the friendliness and compassion for animals that Owl Creek has to offer. When asked what Owl Creek has to offer that other hospitals don’t have, she replied that “our open door policy.” This means that we hold no secrets. Our clients are welcome to visit any part of our building at any time. We feel that our clients and their pets are more relaxed and at ease if they follow their pet into boarding, puppy day care, grooming, and even the treatment area.

Bryanna

Bryanna Cunningham - Receptionist


Bryanna was born in Bethesda, MD. She has worked at Owl Creek since August of 2011. She loves to scrapbook and play volleyball. Bryanna is the proud owner of 3 cats. When asked ‘what do you like about working at Owl Creek”, she said she loves how passionate the clients are about their babies (their pets) and that Owl Creek offers so many different services all in the same place. We have the medical aspect, grooming, puppy day care, and boarding all under the same roof. It does not stop there either. Owl Creek will be starting rehabilitation programs, exercise programs, and professional dog show training classes”. Bryanna states that “the sky is the limit at Owl Creek!”

Julie

Julie Ferris - Back Staff Supervisor / Technician

Julie, our Supervisor/Licensed Veterinary Technician, was born in Virginia. She has worked at Owl Creek Veterinary Hospital for 8 years. She enjoys working at Owl creek because she loves making the lives of pets happier and healthier. She loves to go to the beach, play water sports, and swim. Julie is the proud owner of a dog named Skeeter. She enjoys the way Owl Creek treats the clients’ pets as family. When asked what Owl Creek has to offer that other hospitals don’t have, she replied that “we have a hospital, grooming, puppy day care, and obedience classes that most hospitals only offer one or two of these services.” Owl Creek is inclusive and each department works together to provide a full spa day for the pets. They can play in day care in the morning, have a bath and groom after lunch, take a nap, followed by an exam and update of vaccinations prior to being picked up by their owner at the end of the day.

Barbara

Barbara- Licensed Veterinary Technician


Barbara was born in Norfolk, VA.  She is our newest Licensed Veterinary Technician at Owl Creek Veterinary Hospital.  She enjoys working at Owl creek because the medicine practiced at Owl Creek is exceptional and up to date.  The staff works so well together as a team to provide care to their patients.  She loves participating in a variety of canine sports with her dogs, including conformation shows, obedience, agility, flyball, and dock diving.   She is the proud owner of three flat coated retrievers, one walker hound, and two kittens.  Barbara  loves Owl Creek because “Owl Creek is truly a full service veterinary hospital offering exceptional patient care through conventional medicine, holistic care, or referral to specialty practices as needed”.

Rebecca

Rebecca Bonneville - Assistant

Rebecca, our Veterinary Assistant, was born in Edmonds, Washington State. She has worked at Owl Creek Veterinary Hospital for 4 years. She enjoys working at Owl creek because she loves meeting clients and their pets and helping with their veterinary care. She loves to read, and learn the genealogy of her family. Rebecca is the proud owner of a 2 Chihuahuas, 1 Guinea Pig, and 3 cats. When asked what Owl Creek has to offer that other hospitals don’t have, she replied that “Owl Creek offers a family, friendly environment. Clients are allowed to stay with their pets at all times”.

Lauren

Lauren - Veterinary Assistant

Lauren, the Veterinary Assistant of 4 months, was born in St. Louis, MO. She enjoys working at Owl creek because everyone is so friendly- ‘I love getting to know everyone better and better as they come in each time and everyone here really cares about their pets”. She loves to horseback ride, read, and hike with her 2 dogs, an American Pit Bull Terrier, and a Belgian Malinois. Lauren loves Owl Creek because of its open door policy- “it is so different from other clinics I’ve worked in and I think it really encourages clients to take a more active role in their pets’ healthcare.”

Nicole - Veterinary Assistant

 Nicole was born in Virginia Beach, VA.  She is a Veterinary Assistant at Owl Creek for a month and a half and is currently going to school and will soon complete her training to become a Licensed Vet Tech.  She enjoys working at Owl Creek because “the staff and doctors are great- everyone is a joy to work with”.    She enjoys video games, Marvel movies, and taking her dogs for walks on the beach.   She is the proud owner of a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Eddie and a beta fish named Dante.  Nicole loves Owl Creek because “I enjoy how hands-on and caring Owl Creek is”.  When asked what Owl Creek has to offer that other hospitals don’t have, she stated, “Owl Creek has a great open-door policy.  They are very p front about everything and strive to provide the best care for the pets”.

Ryan - Daycare / Kennel Attendant

Ryan, our Kennel/ Puppy Day Care Attendant, was born in North Carolina. She has worked at Owl Creek Veterinary Hospital for 3 months. She enjoys working at Owl creek because she says there is an overwhelming love for the animals. She states she enjoys the fact that our clients view their animal companions as more than just pets, but also as a family member. She loves to read, write, volunteer and horseback ride. Ryan is the proud owner of a Mastiff named Mona Lisa. When asked what Owl Creek has to offer that other hospitals don’t have, she replied that “Owl Creek works as a team. We all strive to complete a common goal, which is to give each of our guests the best experience possible while visiting us. We also offer an array of activities such as daycare, swimming, and training to keep pet guests happy and healthy”.

Lyndsi

Lyndsi - Kennel Assistant

Lyndsi was born in Nashua, NH. She has worked at Owl Creek since July of 2011. She loves to take her dogs to the beach, reading, scrapbooking, and hiking. She is the proud owner of Lexi and Autumn, who are sisters. They enjoy sun bathing in the yard, chasing lizards, and snuggling on the couch. When asked what you like about working at Owl Creek, she said, “the people I work with are the best. We have a community of animal lovers that it is hard to find somewhere else. I appreciate all of the experience and training I am receiving (Nutrition, CPR, first aid)”.

Samntha

Samantha - Kennel Assistant


Samantha was born in Oak Harbor, Whidbey Island, WA. She is our newest member to our Kennel Assistant team at Owl Creek Veterinary Hospital. She enjoys working at Owl creek because she loves animals. She loves the beach and meeting new people. She is the proud owner of Sadie, a 3yo Pit bull Terrier, and Winston, a 5yo Norfolk terrier. Samantha loves Owl Creek because she loves all types of animals and wants to help take care of their needs.

Jim

Jim- Kennel Assistant

Jim was born in Clifton Springs, NY.  He is a kennel staff member and dog trainer at Owl Creek Veterinary Hospital.  He enjoys working at Owl Creek because Owl Creek is a very comfortable environment- working with the other employees is like being part of a family and he appreciates the professional atmosphere.  He enjoys motorcycle riding, basketball, music, and dog training.   He is the proud owner of a German shepherd named G-mac.  Jim loves Owl Creek because “they care about their pets and that concern transfers to the staff that care for their pets, as well”.  When asked what Owl Creek has to offer that other hospitals don’t have, he stated, “Anyone who visits the Pet Hotel & Puppy Day Care always recognizes the cleanliness of the facility over may other facilities.  Cleanliness and odor are obvious priorities.  The staff also takes the personal time to get to know the clients and their pets”.  

Chrissy

Chrissy- Kennel Assistant

Chrissy was born in South Carolina.  She is a kennel staff member here at Owl Creek Veterinary Hospital.  She enjoys working at Owl Creek because she loves dogs.  She enjoys decorating, shopping flea markets and antique stores, fashion, walking and training her dogs.   She is the proud owner of a 2 dogs, a Great Dane/lab mix and an Australian Shepherd/pit-bull mix.  Chrissy loves Owl Creek because “I like hearing the pets here and it is sweet and good to knw the pets are part of the Owl Creek family ”.  When asked what Owl Creek has to offer that other hospitals don’t have, she stated, “Puppy Day Care and the way everyone gets cross-trained in a way to ensure the best care for the pets.  The animals that come here get known and remembered by name-it’s really like a family”. 

Moriah

Moriah - Kennel Assistant

Moriah was born in Portsmouth, VA.  She is one of our newest kennel staff members.  She enjoys working at Owl Creek because she loves animals and people.  She loves music, art and animals.  She owns a Sheltie named Comet.  She enjoys Owl Creek because she loves how much our pet parents love their pets.  When asked what Owl Creek has to offer that other hospitals don’t, she replied, “My favorite think about Owl Creek is the open door policy and going above and beyond to care for your pets and you”.

Patricia - Kennel Attendant

 Patricia was born in Virginia.  She is a Kennel Attendant and has been with Owl Creek for 2 months.  She enjoys working with animals.  She loves spending time with her family, friends and her animals.  She is the proud owner of 3 tabby cats and TOO many dogs!   Patricia loves Owl Creek because the clients really do care about the well being of their animals.  Owl Creek provides meets client standards when it comes to pet care.  When asked what Owl Creek has to offer that other hospitals don’t have, she stated, “the personal care and service that every client and animal receives with each visit is exceptional”.

Kimberly Hinkle - Groomer


Kimberly, our Groomer, was born in Lafayette, LA.  She has worked at Owl Creek Veterinary Hospital for 1 1/2 months.  She enjoys working at Owl Creek because she has always enjoyed working with animals.  She loves to go to work on her saltwater aquarium in her spare time.  Kimberly is the proud owner of 2 dogs, Tinkerbell and Bozley.  When asked what Owl Creek has to offer that other hospitals don't have, she replied that "the people are great!"
